I have to start by saying the texts and messages I have received from some of my friends who are Spurs fans yesterday has made a hilarious read. Now I accept that Spurs were much the better team for large spells of that game - but if you sum it up as defence vs attack then put simply the Villa defence won that battle. The irony is Villa have played a lot worse and won, tonight there were glimpses of creativity there but we just didn't keep going till the end - whereas West Ham showed fire and
